Registration for VFAM Scholarship
1. Eligibility:
Graduate students, research scholars enrolled in postgraduate programs at a domestic postgraduate institution in the field of Applied Mathematics, Industrial Mathematics, and related fields.
2. Requirements:
a) Requirements for Master's Scholarship:
- Excellent academic performance in undergraduate studies.
- Excellent academic performance in the previous semester of the master's program at the time of application.
- The candidate has not received any scholarships from other organizations or individuals at the same time.
b) Requirements for Doctoral Scholarship:
- Good academic performance in undergraduate studies.
- The average grade of specialized courses in the master's program is 7.5 or above.
- Some preliminary research results have been achieved.
- The candidate has not received any scholarships from other organizations or individuals at the same time.
3. Methods and Criteria:
The Scientific Council of the Applied Mathematics Development Fund will evaluate and select candidates based on their criteria, academic achievements, and research accomplishments.
The criteria for candidate evaluation include:
- Academic achievements and research accomplishments at the educational levels corresponding to the requirements for the Master's and Doctoral scholarships.
- Scholarships, honors, and awards in the field of study.
- Quality of the study and research proposal.
- Content of the candidate's introduction letter by scientists.
4. Scholarship Value:
- Master's Scholarship: 60,000,000 VND per year.
- Doctoral Scholarship: 150,000,000 VND per year.
